From Commerce to Clicks.

It started with commerce.

My academic journey began in commerce.

For a while, my world was mostly numbers, accounts, calculations, and figuring out where everything belonged in a spreadsheet. It taught me something I still carry with me today — how to look at details, understand numbers, and think logically.

But I gradually started to realize that I was just as interested in the other side of business.

The side that people actually see. The campaigns. The content. The branding. The social media posts that somehow make you stop scrolling. The tiny details that can make one brand memorable and another completely forgettable.

And that’s where my curiosity about digital marketing started.

About me

I didn’t wake up one day and decide, “Yep, I’m going to become a digital marketer.” It was more of a gradual shift.

I started paying more attention to how brands communicate online, how content gets people interested, how social media changes the way businesses talk to their audience, and how much thought goes into something that might look like “just an Instagram post.” The more I explored, the more I realised that digital marketing sits somewhere between creativity and strategy — and that’s exactly what makes it interesting to me.

So I decided to learn it properly.

Today, I’m a digital marketing trainee, building my skills across content creation, social media, digital strategy, SEO, and marketing analytics.

I’m not going to pretend I’ve figured everything out.

And honestly, I think that’s the fun part.

I’m learning how to turn an idea into content, how to think beyond likes and views, how SEO affects what people find online, how brands position themselves, and how data can tell a story that creativity alone can’t. Along the way, I’m also working on projects, experimenting with ideas, making mistakes, changing things, and occasionally staring at a screen wondering why something that looked great five minutes ago suddenly looks terrible.

That’s basically the learning process.

What pulls me into digital marketing?

Content

Turning random thoughts into something people actually want to read, watch, or share.

Social Media

Understanding what makes people stop scrolling and what makes them keep scrolling.

Strategy

Because good content without a direction is just content.

Analytics

The numbers might not be as exciting as the creative part, but they tell you what is actually working.

I’m still figuring that out. Right now, I’m focused on learning, experimenting, building real projects, and getting better at the things I genuinely enjoy. I want to work with brands and people who have something worth saying and help them figure out how to say it online.

Maybe that means a campaign that makes people curious. Maybe it’s content that finally sounds like the brand behind it. Maybe it’s a strategy that turns a scattered online presence into something that actually makes sense. Whatever the project is, I want to keep learning, keep experimenting, and keep creating things I’m proud to put my name on.

Okay, enough about me.
